Digital & Content Strategist · Delhi NCR & Bengaluru

Hi, I’m Shreya.

Most strategy documents die at the handover. Mine tend not to, because I am still there when the thing gets made — writing the positioning, then the calendar, then directing the shoot that proves it.

Shreya Saxena

Five years across seven roles — an agency, a climate-tech start-up, two sports brands and a business I ran myself.

Right now I am at Odigma as Content Strategist, across six accounts. Repose is mine end to end — positioning, go-to-market, campaigns and the brand refresh. I contribute to Blaupunkt, Puravankara, Ola Electric and Shriram Properties, and account-manage Pacifica. I am also the team’s lead presenter on new-business pitches.

Open to full-time roles in brand, content and marketing strategy, and to freelance briefs. Delhi NCR or Bengaluru.

01Capabilities

What I get hired to do.

01

Brand & positioning strategy

Working out what a brand should stand for, who it is actually for, and why anyone outside the building should care — then writing it down in a form the rest of the company can use.

Evidence
Repose rebrand · Uravu Labs & FromAir® brand system · Good Home Stories positioning
02

Go-to-market & campaigns

Turning a positioning line into a launch: the phased plan, the regional cuts, the campaign idea, and all the collateral that has to exist before day one.

Evidence
Repose GTM, 21 pages · Purva West GTM, 26 pages · 40+ print & dealer pieces
03

Content systems at volume

Formats that run every week without a new idea meeting — calendars, scripts, shoot direction, and the repeatable shows that sit on top of them.

Evidence
String Theory & Racket Science · 4 reels a day · 20+ social accounts
04

Client & account leadership

Pitching the work, defending the thinking in the room, and keeping a brief intact as it travels between the client, the designers and the edit.

Evidence
Lead presenter on new-business pitches · Six Odigma accounts · Founder, totebags.in
Also
Client pitching · Account management · Cross-functional collaboration · Negotiation · SEO · Email marketing · DaVinci Resolve · Canva · Mailchimp · SAP ERP
Languages

02Approach

03Experience

How I operate

I tend to build the thing that is missing.

At university I started my college’s Entrepreneurship Club and its Queer Society, for the same reason both times: neither existed, and both should have. I ran six productions as General Secretary of the theatre society. Jindal sent me to Pace University in New York. At eighteen I started a business and ran it for three years.

None of it was assigned. All of it is the same instinct that makes me useful on an account: noticing the gap before it becomes a problem, and building the thing that closes it without waiting to be asked.

That is the part of the job no brief covers, and it is the part clients remember.
